What are your main tasks and responsibilities?
· Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
· Organize and maintain files and records
· Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
· Manage projects and conduct research
· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
· Make travel and guest arrangements
· Provide quality customer service
· Work in a professional environment
· Assist Executives and Managers with special projects
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
· Enter and submit payroll on a bi-weekly basis
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Technology
· At least 5 years professional experience in a professional office environment
· Ability to work well in a group
· Leadership qualities
· Desire to excel in your position
· Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced, indoor, environment
